Beach County will soon be soliciting proposals from qualified parties for the
development, lease and operation of an off-highway vehicle park, a
racetrack park, or a combination thereof, at the County’s 20 Mile Bend Site
located at 20 Mile Bend Boat Ramp Road in Loxahatchee, west of Florida’s
Turnpike and just south of State Road 441. The awarded respondent will be
accepting the property “AS IS” and will be responsible for all financing,
design, permitting, construction, operation and maintenance of the park and any
ancillary uses proposed.
