The project provides for the construction of a new approximately 12,000 sf neighborhood/community center (single story building) located in Gramercy Park. The Center consists of a large multi-purpose room, classrooms, kitchen, offices and building support spaces. Site amenities include a parking lot, landscaping and a mulch-surfaced walking trail.
