    1. Budget:
      Budget for this portion of the work is $42,000,000

       
    2. Project Schedule:
      Anticipate design and permitting to be complete March 2024

       
    3. Current Status
      Programming of the project has been completed and coordinated with the Court partners, The Architect has been released to commence with Schematic design, which is in progress. The CM for the project has been selected, and their contract has been approved. Currently negotiating the CM's preconstruction services fee proposal.​
