Commissioner Valeche was joined by Mayor Bernard, Commissioner Weinroth, Commissioner Weiss, County Administrator Verdenia Baker and Airports Director Laura Beebe on August 26, 2019 at a ceremony to dedicate the North County Airport to former Airports Director Bruce V. Pelly.
Other attendees included Assistant County Administrator Dorritt Miller, former County Administrator Bob Weisman, and former County Commissioner Karen Marcus.
