Mayor Mack Bernard recently spoke at a Feed Your Mind session hosted by Palm Beach County Strategic Planning and Performance Management. The mayor spoke on “How to Work in Unity to Make Palm Beach County the Best Place to Live and Work.”

The audience of county employees at all levels from multiple departments were challenged to think out of the box on how to make it easier for residents to obtain county services they need. Mayor Bernard also took time to emphasize the importance of the 2020 Census and how an accurate count strategically affects Palm Beach County’s ability to carry out its mission.

The mayor was presented with his own personal copy of “Building High Performance Government Through Lean Six Sigma” authored by Mark Price who will is scheduled to be a Feed Your Mind guest speaker next summer.
