At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on May 2, 2023, Commissioner Barnett presented a proclamation declaring May 7-13, 2023, as National Correctional Officers and Employees Week in Palm Beach County. One of the primary goals of correctional officers and employees is to provide an effective corrections system that concentrates on quality for all inmates in its care, custody and control. This week highlights the outstanding service of correctional officers and employees.
