Description:The PBSO HQ and Annex project consist of a one story 25,627 SF building that will house the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office District #1 sub-station and collocated Marine Unit Maintenance Facility. Building amenities include administrative offices for both District 1 and Marine, Conferencing, fitness space, 3-bay marine equipment repair workshop and supporting spaces. The site amenities will consist of a boat wash, boat engine test tank, exterior covered workspace, and parking for PBSO D1, Marine Unit, and the public.

The project is in the design development phase,
DD submittal expected by the end of June. Based on DD drawings the awarded contractor will prepare a
construction estimate which is expected by CID mid-August.
