At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Nov. 7, 2023, Mayor Weiss presented a certificate of recognition to Jessica Cecere for her many years of contributing to the county’s nonprofit community. Jessica Cecere, who is retiring next month, has been involved in nonprofit leadership for more than 30 years and is also a small business owner, consultant and active community volunteer. She is an expert in nonprofit management and personal finance, a former certified consumer credit counselor and a certified counselor for the U.S.A. Department of Housing and Urban Development and NeighborWorks America.
