At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Dec. 5, 2023, Commissioner Bernard presented a proclamation honoring Blake Wyatt Buchbinder, an outstanding young man who tragically passed away in June while riding his bicycle with friends. He was sweet and caring, and his demeanor showed how kindhearted he was. His warmth touched the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to have crossed his path.
