Description:The project consists of a district park on fifty-two (52) acres located south of Boynton Beach Boulevard and west of Acme Dairy Road. Park improvements will be constructed in phases. The Phase 1 improvements include three flex-play multipurpose fields, a restroom/concession facility, parking spaces, water retention lake and access roads along with associated site/utility improvements and infrastructure necessary to support the park amenities. Phase 1A includes the Maintenance Facility. Phase 2 may include several of the following: baseball/softball fields, pickle ball, restrooms, playground, picnic pavilions, parking, access roads and associated infrastructure.
