Description:
The project consist of a new 142,000 SF building and production warehouse space at the County’s Cherry Road complex to house both administration and production operations of the PBC Supervisor of Elections. The project also includes a new parking garage structure, additional ground parking to meet peak demand of staff and visitors, and all associated site/utility improvements and infrastructure necessary to support the SOE. As part of the project, the existing Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit shop will be relocated to a new facility.
