Through agreement between Palm Beach County and the West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA), the project includes the construction of seventeen (17) low income transition homes, and a community room.  To be built on 1.36 acres of PBC land, later to be transferred to WPBHA, the units will range from 950sf to 1,200sf in size and two to three bedrooms.  The project includes the construction of one fully accessible unit. 

​Status Update

Undergound utilities are being installed that will provide water and sewer services as well as drainage.  FPL and Comcast facilities are being relocated to allow for completion of the underground services.  Next work wil lbring services to the house pads and prepare the base for future road  construction.
