Training/Career Development
The Head Start program provides staff at all levels and in all program areas with training to improve job performance, and opportunities for career development within the program.
Palm Beach County’s Tuition Refund program allows permanent staff to attend colleges and universities to further their education in any area.
Parents in the program are also provided with training opportunities to enhance their education and parenting skills through the program and referrals to educational institutions.
