In accordance with Florida Law, Palm Beach County makes its public records accessible and available for personal inspection and/or copying by any person who makes a public records request. You can also request DVDs of the public meetings or local programs seen on the county government channel, PBC TV.
Requesting access to the county’s public records is simple:

If you are not sure where to start, the Public Affairs Department provides a central point-of-contact for all such requests, and works directly with the appropriate county department(s) to ensure a prompt and thorough response to each request received.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
