Okeeheelee Nature Center is operated by the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department and is located in Okeeheelee Park at 7715 Forest Hill Boulevard, west of West Palm Beach. Join ACA-certified instructors on a guided and relaxing paddle excursion on the calm waters of Okeeheelee South. Learn the basics of canoeing from safety to paddle strokes, and develop a great new skill that connects you to nature. All equipment is provided. Participants must know how to swim and children must be accompanied by an adult. Sign up before it fills up!

CITIZEN SCIENCE SATURDAY
Saturday, May 4, 10 - 11 a.m.

Come connect with nature by learning how to use the iNaturalist app to identify native plants and animals, including the Purple Martins, along the trails of Okeeheelee. We will explore and discuss current conservation and research efforts in our community and train you to be a citizen scientist!
