Account Management

This is enterprise functionality is maintained outside E-Permits. A prospective user establishes a user id and password/security question on a county page. He/she registers contact information – address and phone number.

 

After registration the county pages perform login User Id/Password validations as well as  the security question/answer function. They handle name and address changes as well as Change / Forgot password functions.

 

The Engineering department is responsible for establishing a number to call for customer service.
