The Project information entry form is displayed shown below.
Enter a Project Name, Location/Road Name, Scope of work, Property Control Number and if applicable, Zoning Petition Number, Plan Review Number, Resolution and Condition numbers, Plan Review Number, Site Plan Approval Date and Exhibit Number. The user/Filer fills in the fields freeform.
Required fields:
Project Name - Alphanumeric(60)
Scope of Work - Alphanumeric(500)
Description - Alphanumeric(500)
This page allows entry of multiple roads and pcns related to a project. Enter the following for a project road
Road Name – Alphanumeric (100),
Description – Alphanumeric (500)
Click the Add Another Road button to make an extra road entry for a project involving multiple roads.
To delete a road entry select a road from the entered list and click the Delete button.
Enter the following for each project pcn:
PCN Cty Alphanumeric(2)
PCN Sec Alphanumeric(2)
PCN Twn Alphanumeric(2)
PCN Rng Alphanumeric(2)
PCN Sub Alphanumeric(2)
PCN Blk Alphanumeric(3)
PCN Lot Alphanumeric(4)
Click the Add Another PCN button to make an extra PCN entry for a project involving multiple PCNs.
To delete a PCN entry, select a PCN from the entered list and click the Delete button.
If the PZB association query was answered YES on the Start Tab, then enter PZB Control Number, Plan Review #, Site Approval Date, Site Plan Exhibit #.
If the PZB related question was answered NO, then no PZB related information is requested as shown below.
If the PZB Related question is answered Yes or Work in a Municipality question is Yes the following fields are required:
PZB Control No. - Alphanumeric (10),
Resolution Num - Alphanumeric (20),
Site Plan Approval Date – MM/DD/YYYY
Site Plan Exhibit No – Alphanumeric (20)
Conditions - – Alphanumeric (20)
Clicking the Continue button will enter the following records into the database and navigate to the next tab:
