Request change of Customer Name and / or Office

The functionality is the similar to the Permit Attach Document function on page 18.   

Review the existing information; click the Continue button to proceed. On a new page attach a document officially requesting the Engineering Department to modify a company name, address and or contact.

 

 

 

Clicking the Submit button will enter the following records into the database:

 

 Required field:

Attachment Type – Set to (Modify Request)

Attachment Desc – Alphanumeric (40)

Received Date – Set to today

Current Indicator – Set to Y

            IFS Path – Alphanumeric (50)

 

This request will appear in the Secretary’s Work Space in the client server application.
